单法兰拆卸接头用于将一侧的法兰与另一侧的焊接管连接起来，以调节产品的长度。安装完成后拧紧螺栓以整合结构，并确保一定的位移量，这将便于安装过程中的尺寸调整。它还能消除整个管道的轴向推力。
单法兰拆卸接头特别适用于简化隔离阀、控制阀、止回阀、非返回阀、流量计量阀、泵组、减压阀、带法兰的管道配件的安装与拆卸。这些配件结构简单、用途广泛，适用于多种应用场景，包括泵站、水处理厂、污水处理厂、厂房、计量室、发电设备、燃气分配站等。
在安装过程中。需将安装长度调整至管道及两侧的法兰处，依次将螺栓拧紧，将短管与管道焊接在一起，然后调整限位螺母。这种方法使得管道能够在伸缩接头的允许范围内自由伸缩和收缩，同时还能确保安全运行。
